About the Championship
The European Jigsaw Puzzle Championship Istanbul 2026
is an international competition that brings together puzzle
enthusiasts from across Europe and beyond. The
championship is organized within the framework of ECJP –
the European Committee for Jigsaw Puzzling, the umbrella
organization of the European puzzle community.
About the Championship
The event is organized under the leadership of the 🧩🧩
Puzzle Association 🧩🧩, hosted by Yeşilay (Green
Crescent), sponsored by Anatolium Puzzle, and organized
by Idea Factory.
The championship will take place on 27–29 November
2026 at Sepetçiler Pavilion, located on the Historic
Peninsula of Istanbul. With a history of nearly four
centuries and a unique location on the shores of the
Bosphorus, Sepetçiler Pavilion is one of the significant
historical landmarks of the city.
The European Puzzle Championship aims to bring together
puzzle enthusiasts from different countries in a competitive
yet friendly environment. The competition will be held in
individual, pairs, and teams of four categories.
More than just a competition, the event offers an
international meeting point where puzzle lovers from
different cultures can connect and share their passion.
About ECJP
ECJP – European Committee for Jigsaw Puzzling is an
organization that brings together puzzle communities across
Europe and supports the development of international jigsaw
puzzle competitions.
The committee aims to promote puzzling as a competitive and social activity, strengthen
cooperation between puzzle communities in different countries, and encourage the organization of
international-standard puzzle events.
